Ordinary drinking water with molecular hydrogen gas (H₂) dissolved in it. It tastes and looks like plain water. Concentration is measured in parts per billion (ppb); at room temperature and normal pressure water can hold about 1,600 ppb.

Some, but it's early. Lab and animal studies are encouraging, and small human studies have looked at exercise recovery and inflammation markers. Larger, longer trials are still needed, which is why we label each benefit as either a fact or early research.

The H1 connects to your normal kitchen water line and filters it before electrolysis. If your water is very hard, pair it with an RO purifier: heavy minerals leave scale on the cell and lower the hydrogen level.

Hydrogen is the smallest molecule there is and leaves water steadily. Drink within 30 minutes of a cycle for the highest level. Keeping the lid closed slows the loss.

The H1 cleans its electrodes automatically. The built-in filter lasts about 5,000 litres, and the display tells you when it's time to replace it.
